We require payment of a REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit of £200 prior to your arrival and check in.
The damage deposit covers you for breakages or damages up to the same value. The deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the property within 7 days after your check out. If any damages are found, you will be invoiced acccordingly and the amount will be deducted from this deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient to pay for any claims you will be required to pay the difference. This deposit does not cover claims for willful damage and neglect at the property.
Provided the property is returned in the same condition as found on arrival you should expect a full refund. Once we instruct our service provider it can take between 5- 10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Dragon Serviced Rentals Ltd is the sole arbritator in the assessment and judgement of any claim, and thier decision will be final.
