The NON-REFUNDABLE Damage Waiver Fee of £20 must be paid prior to your arrival and check in.
The waiver fee covers you for breakages or damages up to the value of £200.  If any damages are found and are over the £200 limit, you will be invoiced for the difference and the amount will be payable immediately. The waiver fee does not cover you for wilful damage and/or neglect at the property.
 
Dragon Serviced Rentals Ltd is the sole arbritator in the assessment and judgement of any claim, and thier decision will be final.
